At Dwyer Construction, we bring over 25 years of experience in construction, groundworks, and maintenance to every project. Founded by Terry Dwyer, our company is built on a strong foundation of expertise, reliability, and a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship to both domestic and commercial clients.

Terry began his career in construction in the year 2000, initially working for Wrekin Construction. His skills quickly earned him a charge hand role, where he specialized in curb laying, block paving, and tarmacing in various settings such as highways, shopping centres, and large-scale infrastructure projects. His early work involved building roads, installing sewers, and handling all aspects of groundworks.

Between 2008 and 2013, Terry worked as a gangerman for JN Bentley on a Severn Trent contract, gaining extensive experience in drainage work, concreting paths, and installing pre-cast concrete walls and tanks. This period allowed him to develop a keen eye for precision and efficiency in large-scale civil engineering projects.

From 2013 to 2025, Terry served as a site foreman for Evans Construction, overseeing all aspects of groundworks and excavator operations, working with a wide range of clients.
